Mieroszewski Centre is an institution supervised by the Ministry of Culture and National Heritage of the Republic of Poland. Its scholarship programme is a financial support dedicated to people from Eastern Europe who want to deepen the knowledge and develop scientific talent despite financial barriers. - Research in Poland – a programme where the sum of 6500 PLN is awarded to the participants for the duration from 3 to 9 months. This scholarship is dedicated to those with research and scientific achievements and aim at conducting further research in Poland. The main subjects of the research are history, political situation and culture in Central and Eastern Europe.
- A month in Poland – dedicated mostly to people from Ukraine, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Russia that are engaged in essential aspects of the history, culture, heritage and political situation in Central and Eastern Europe. The scholarship covers mostly interdisciplinary activities, such as surveys, library research and interviews. The amount of money awarded by the entity is 6500 PLN. The scholarship is held in Poland and lasts one month. What is important, the programme is also dedicated to the doctoral students without a PhD.
- Research in Ukraine – the programme dedicated to Ukrainian citizens who carry out scientific activities despite the war. The scholarship amount is 6500 PLN and is awarded by the period of 3 months. Scientific activities cover such topics as culture, history and politics of Central and Eastern Europe and focus mainly on cooperation between Poland and Ukraine. The thematic scope of the programme competition changes each year.
